Im dissapointed with how they treat customers. I already have an account with Rain wanted to buy the loop they deducted money from my account next thing they say order cancelled you will get your refund after 10days then they go on to say we can order another loop for you which they will deduct more money from my account without giving me the previous refund. Im really dissappointed when you ask for them to call you back they nolonger call back
