I’m writing this again with a broken heart 💔 rain 5G have ****** my money into my account they promised to call me back but till today no has called me. If my chatting with the agents they will ask me same questions again and they will always tell me about new escalations😭😭💔💔💔, They took my money without my permission and that is ***** because I’m not the owner of the account but it was verified under my banking details, I call that ***** and I want to open a case against them. It has been a week now waiting for nothing. Peter please help me.what is making me go crazy when I submit the ticket number that I was given by them everyone is telling me about me ordering new rain and the order has been completed, how unprofessional or bad service I get from that company.
