Duplicated a debit order & refused to refund me
Rain is the worst network service provider ever. They duplicated a debit order in my account. 3 weeks later, 17 calls later my money is still not refunded. one consultant told me straight up that i will not be refunded and hung up the phone on me. I am done with this sh*t, I'm switching to VUMA.

I have asked your billing team to share with me a proof of refund for me to follow up clearance with my bank. but my request has fallen on deaf ears.
Your consultant by the name of Oliver is useless and does not know what he's doing, he's English is so bad i couldn't even hear what he is saying. Call ref ***6.
You guys stole my Son's school fees from my account and still telling me to wait 10 working days. Are you happy that they kicked him out of school due to outstanding fees?
