Duplicate payment (billing cycle issue!)

I made a EFT payment on the 30 May 2025 and you deducted on the 1st of June 2025. IT IS TWO payments so you took R1040 INSTEAD OF R620.

REFUND ME MY OTHER R620. THAT I WAS ONLY SEPOSED TO PAY END OF JUNE OR 1ST OF JULY. You have inconvenienced me😡 I will not recommend it to anyone. Rain is a terrible

Now AGAIN I'm told a nother story by rain!

Check on my previous payments if I've ever paid on last day of a month then again on the 1st of a new month you are just doing wat you want you took +-1000 from me in 2 days!! How can I pay on the 30th and you deduct again on the 1st.

I had enough of rain now just refund me I'm seposed to pay end of June again😡😡😡
