Drought in Pretoria East, need of heavy RAIN

This company needs to take our reviews seriously. A business is only as good as its reputation, and Rain, your clients are starting to turn on you very quickly. I don't see this company lasting as a business for much longer unless they administer some serious changes in 2 key areas: network coverage and customer support. I would pretty much fire everyone in your customer care team right now as they have no idea what they're doing. Why is there such poor network in the Olympus/Boardwalk area of Pretoria East? And even in Arcadia? There is a much needed gap to fill in South Africa for a solid and affordable ISP and this has been the most opportune time given that so many of us have been working from home. But you guys fumbled that bag so hard it is a disgrace. I had so much hope for Rain when it launched. What a shame. So much for the #WIN
