Draining Internet provider

I think Rain must be the worst Internet service provider around. I have an unlimited 4G data plan with Rain which should be running at about 10mbps or even 2mbps will be nice. But in my area which has full 4G coverage you lucky if you get 0.5 mbps. I have even had an awesome 0.05mbps. No fb, netflix, showmax, Instagram or anything that needs a decent internet speed WHICH IS WHAT I'M PAYING FOR!!!! Here is the problem. I can't get a technician to come out because I have a 4G and not a 5G plan. So some dude who sees the towers on his pc map tries to tell me where to put the modem via email. I stopped trying after the 9th email. Shame on you Rain or maybe we should call you Drain.........
