Downgrade to RAINONE

We have been trying for months to take our service back to RAIN one but I see it has not been downgraded. I cursed the day I leveled up because I was waiting on a swim swap that month to be told that the courier guy had a breakdown. We had to drive to JHB to fetch the SIM card. I am sooooo mad at this present moment. When I call in to cancel my calls are being dropped.
