Downgrade is a hassle

I am currently on the premium package and downgrading to rain one is such a hassle, you cannot do it on the app because you have to send a cancellation request and wait for someone to call or email you , you cannot just do it yourself on the app.

The call centre is worser I had to be transferred to 3 departments before someone could try assist even after that I was told I need to call back after a few days so that I can continue with my downgrade otherwise I will stay on premium
