Come on RAIN!!!! My wifi has been on and off this whole weekend. You guys take so long to answer your calls and plus to make it worse you guys have down graded me 2g but paying for 5g

What service are you guys providing Please help I work from home

Still the same problem

Can I cancel my package

Because of you I have lost money these pass few days and you guys don't care.

My neighbor has the same wifi and she is connected and has no problems.

I don't understand how mines is not working and its due to towers but my neighbors work perfectly fine.

Thank you for disappointing me.
I will not recommend anyone to this service.

I humbly request that NO ONE USE RAIN!!!!
