Double payments
It seems that many people are having the same problem with double billing with no service from Rain. I had to get a new card so my payment for end November did not go through. All of the sudden i owe R1100 but only one payment is outstanding. This has happened before and they deducted double payments and i was never refunded. Now they do not want cancel my subscription until I have paid them money i do not owe. *****s.

06 Dec 2024, 13:41Amount due on my account show R1100.00, I do not wish to continue using your services. Please collect your modem. Rain still has not rectified the previous double deduction that happened more thane 2 years back. You can use that money to settle the account.
