Double payments 😡

I paid my account for October on 30 September then they deducted October on the 1st of October again....Now they said I am behind after the lady whom I spoke to over the phone can see that my account was in a credit and that it was wrongfully deducted. I requested my monies back and still no response. I am a single mom and don't have money laying around for free.

Thank you. In actual fact should the invoice for September be paid in end October as per my statement. Please reverse my monies into my bank account.

But it was only due for end October. So should I change the debit order back to 25th and what then STILL you would not refund me???
