Double payment

Rain is charging me double even though I paid my subscription in Feb at R529 and know this month march they want to charge me R1003 when I I even have my bank sms that says I paid them their full amount on the 4 feb

Deeply disappointed

*I paid September because I do have an invoice from October till en Jan I was disconnected
