double payment

the biggest mistake i made was joining rain. I decided to take thier rain one and cancelled the 4g sim that I had with them. to my surprise the 4g was never cancelled and not I have to pay for both services even though I'm using one. The consultant that called and upgraded me did not do what they were suppose to to. I have been call their call Centre since the 1st week on June to get this matter resolved! as I'm typing I have been on hold for 30 min and my call has not been attended to. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!
