Double deductions without my permission
Rain is robbing people, their market stategy is no contracts no subscriptions, until you fail to pay for that month they cut their services for that month and start calling you that you owe them...jikijiki...they start tracking you from any other account you v once used to pay their account and deduct any amount they say you owe without any of your permission or agreement. This morning they deducted R1000 from Nsfas for me to pay my fees. When you call them they will send you from pillar to post with no solution. So you end up giving up.

20 Oct 2024, 17:03You billed me for the months i did not use your services, you cut off your service for me on the 12 of this month and already you charged me for the month that you cut me off completely i did mot ise your services. I told you i am aware of only one month for last year so all this time i jave neen paying and using so can you please give a proof of 2 months am owing you without paying, if you can provide me with that kind of proof then we ll ne talking something. And you dont have the right to go to my account and debit what you want without my permission which law or act allows that
