Double deduction for nonsense reasons

********** advert on Tv Rain will tell people that a rain simcard is not a contract, and according to my knowledge, if something is not a contract it means am not forced to pay and use the services if at that current month, i dont have the money, But thats not the case with rain, i have not been using the simcard for two months after they told me that it was suspended due to unpaid funds for that month that i was supposes to use it,so to my surprise this month am being debited double amount and they said is for the errors of not being able to pay for those months that i was not using their services, Rain is a ***** so use it at your own risk.
