Double deduction for a Sim card I never received, Rain *****

I'm very disappointed with the service I got from rain, I ordered the Sim card and made a mistake when it came to my address and it was never delivered, I called in and fixed the error and a Sim card was delivered on 19th of December 2020. To my surprise on the first of January 2021 I was double billed, for a Sim card I never received called and emailed them several times all they can it is that they have escalated the matter to billing service and I will get the response in due time, 4 weeks later and 5 emails later still no response.
