Double deduction

Good day I have always been satisfied with rain and I heard people complain about double deduction and today it happened to me. When I interacted with rain they acknowledge the double transaction but would have to verify and investigate what when they have the proof on their system.please rain refund my money back as that is wrong if you to take things we have bills to pay.i want my money back by Friday
