Double deduction

I am a pensioner age 66 yrs , i have an account with rain , i upgraded my package with then to rain 101, when i app**** they told me that my payments will increase by R50! To my surprise they doubled the payment! I called them they told it will be refunded! Again today (01/07/25)they took R1238 again ! Im supposed to pay R619 , This is an ordinary house! Now they owe me R1238 IM A PENSIONER PLEASE I NEED THE MONEY TO SURVIVE! NOT TO MAKE RAIN RICH AT MY EXPENSE! I need my money now and not a day later
