Double Deducted My Account!!! Terrible Service!!

I upgraded with Rain for the promotional deal, of which on the phone with the consultant repeatedly asked if my old plan would be canceled and the consultant kept confirming and reconfirming that it would be canceled and that I would not be double deducted, held, and behold come 01 June'24 double deductions, I called in, they promised to escalate the matter for refund and also that they will cancel the other old plan. This morning 01 July'24, again another deduction, contacted Rain, and they gave me the very same explanation of which I feel this is extremely unprofessional and that they are not doing their work. I am for the 2nd time inconvenienced due to someone who did not or is not doing their work. They had promised that they would refund me for the first deduction a whole month went by and no refund and this morning again another deduction. I want my refund of the R1200 ASAP as this is money which must be used for other expenses.
