Double Deducted

Rain has deducted my account twice, I spent the whole day yesterday explaining this to the consultants. Which seems dumb, and could give me a clear response. All I asked was on which month did I not pay, which made them deduct twice. The refer to Dec 2023, for which I paid half on 28 Dec and paid the other half on 04 Jan 2024, end of Jan 2024, paid the as normal.

I have asked them to refer to the statement which shows the overall account information and come back and tell me which month I skipped, to qualify them to deduct twice.

They have inconvenienced me with my transport fees, and I need an urgent refund.
