Double debted

I have been double debted more than a month ago & have been trying to have them pay back my money, everytime I call my call gets cut or I get put on hold for at least 15mins at time.

I have dealt with Phindile & have sent her all the information she ask for & I have also been emailing her to find out what the progress is with regards to my case.
