Double debits!

I just had R499 deducted from my account , yet yesterday I paid 499 so that means that I have now paid twice and when I call the call centre this person gives me no clarity because the language barrier. I’ve got a lot of **** to deal with in my life I really don’t need this. I want both my moneyed reversed and they can keep their services because I cannot deal with ************ly business who have dodgey call centres . I need that money before 4 today cause what got *******ly deducted today is money I need to go home. In this economy we shouldn’t be dealing with such service providers I’m beyond annoyed. I want my money !!!!
