Double debited twice a month

I am being double debited on the 25th and the 15th My emails are not responded to at all I used to think there was no better service BUT I JUST NEED ASSISTANCE PLS WITH MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS SUSOENDED AND I PAID ON THE 25TH OF JULY!!!! NOW I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!!

I AM SO MAD I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS!!!!
