Double Debit Woes
Debit order blues. I was debited on the 15th and the transaction has been pending since. My bank said that Rain hasn't banked my funds. Rain has been trying to double debit me since the 15th. I've been without internet connection since and I paid! Poor customer service. Not really helpful. Just bad service. I asked about their compensation policy since I paid and have been without internet, they weren't forthcoming about their policy around cases like this. Overall bad experience with them.

19 Oct 2025, 10:17I can't send you PoP because the payment is reflecting as pending. I need you to send me an authorisation letter confirming that you did not receive payment from me so my bank can reverse the payment and you can redebit me again after the fact.
