Double debit query
Where do I even begin. I have had the WiFi with RAIN for over a year now and recently around March or June I decided to upgrade to the Rain 101 which is horrible. They triple debited me in June and never paid my R600 deference back , now I am experiencing the same issue my debit date was changed by myself in June to the 20th of every month , last week Sunday paid my account since my card changed, and to my support today they debited again and they have the nerve of changing my debit without my consent. They don’t have an email to relevant departments we need to log a call on WhatsApp only such pathetic service. I want my money back from the last triple debited in June and this months double debit too.

25 Sept 2025, 13:31Sorry to say this but you are talking ******* now I am not in arrears with your account and you keep on having an excuse of saying if you double debited me I paid for previous months you’re such a **** I want my money now you better pay my money this time around wi will open up a case for you guys I paid in August I paid in September too. Don’t come with funny tricks with me
