Double debit on my account
Good day, please look into this. I made payment for my 4g on the 26th of January 2022 of R479, today 1 February 2022 R639.97 is taken by rain again. Please can I have my refund of R639.97? Or you can give me banking details to pay monthly because I can't keep doing this. Just last week I reported another issue about rain and that was resolved. Please Please

01 Feb 2022, 11:23Thank you but that will mean you would have taken R479 twice because I already paid R479 on the 26th of January for January services. Which means that today there shouldn't have been any deduction on my account. So my total refund should be the full R639.97.

01 Feb 2022, 12:58My normal payment date has been the 25th, it's only now that I changed my payment date to the 1st of every month. Do you not have a history of when my payments go off?
