Double debit by rain

I've been double debited and every time I call their call center they take me from piller to post. I was told I would get a response after 24 hours no response received. Email has been sent still no response. I am so disappointed. The other guy told me they do see a double debit however when I spoke to Sbongile she tells me different stories. I want the other debit to be reversed in my account.
