Double billing customers every month -bad bad bad service

What the hell is going on with Rain, are you financially in trouble or something. This is the 2nd month you guys take 2 payments and I have to just accept the inconvenience. I will most definitely cancel my subscription after this and move over to a reliable complaint that does not ***** money from their customers
