Double Billing
Today Marks a month and 18 Days since I sent proof of payment on an invoice I paid twice. I get to engage and speak to Rain consultants. Once I thoroughly explain my case and they run out of reasons why they are not wrong They simply become mute or hang up. After such a call there is never a follow-up call to carry on and resolve this issue.
