double billing
You doubled me R499 twice yet for the November month I was on trial for your 5G. I am so fed up with you bad services and your consultants are rude and not helpful they dont want to escalate the matter they say they are not allowed to transfer me to their supervisors

23 Dec 2021, 22:03There was a trial for Soshanguve 5G before the black friday promotions and you changed qll of that because of the Black friday deals. I have proof of the screenshot of the time I migrated from 4G to 5G. You are putting out false adverti*****ts and your consultants are also shady because its like you teach them how to pick pocket us. I am disappointed and will definitely be taking it up with the Adverti*****t board because thats my hard earned money
