Double billing

On the 25th January I called an a consultant told me my debit order was due while on my app the due date was the 1st. I proceeded to pay on the 25th and changed my date and now I’m being billed again. That was my last money I have to put petrol in my car. Why would you make people suffer so much for your *********** system. I will be left stranded now because of you. I hate rain so much and will be canceling my subscription. This is really not fair for use to suffer. Feel free to cancel my subscription.
