DOUBLE BILLING

I was charged double amount for the month of March. First payment was made on the 28th of March, and I was debited again on 1st of April. I spoke to an agent name Ryan, and he gave me some bull**** story as if I don't know what I was talking about. He didn't want to assist me and just said he will raise a ticket with billing, but I still have tickets from a week ago that no one has called me back for.

Thanks to Yaseen Begg who finally tried to assist I am just hoping to get my refund as soon as possible.

Ryan is horrible and isn't interested in assisting customers at all.
