Double billing, 2 x simcards still not working & connected without internet since 2nd debit order declined

I posted a review 9 days ago... 1. We were billed on the 20th payment went off, now Rain is trying to take January payment AGAIN...... so they do an early payment which you receive notification for and an option to accept or have on your normal payment date, you select early payment option money goes off then they try deduct again on your normal debit order date, so in essence you pay twice for January..... I am gstting billed for every debit order your company is trying to get a duplicate payment for.... who is going to compensate for those fees? 2. Payment went off 20th both our simcards are STILL not working. 3. Now router is showing connected without internet since 2nd debit order declined.
