Double billed and cancel

I have been doubled billed from November when i only have one unit at home . I have sent messages via the portal with no response from Tuesday. I want my refund for double billed November and December amounts paid. And becuase of this terrible service im cancelling my unit.

when i started the service it was on the 02 November 2022 youll were running a special i only paid R1.00 to receive router and and free one month fee. At end of November 2022 i paid R811.13 which was for December 2022 month. And in December 2022 payment which was R1058.00 thats for January 2023 month. Dont understand why youll are charging me for January 2023 . and also the payments i made i was double billed. I want my refund asap im not waiting any more your service is horrible youll are *****s .

The unit has not been collected as yet. I understand the post-paid but i want to know why i was charged for November bill becasue youll were running a special in November I only paid R1.00 to receive router and and free one month fee. Why was i billed for the month? if it was special that youll was running **** advertising .

The Courier has collected but didnt leave any paper as I was not at home the **** was there so she said they never give anything. I received an email with the this Reference number MC11824 . Is that correct . Can you process my refund.
