Dont'waste your time with Rain!

I'm a new customer to rain and I'm fed up already. I had no problems with Telkom but needed more data to work from home in the evening and rain looks like value for money.

We are rushing to get a tender through but I cant work in the evenings, which was the whole point of getting this contract.

The exceptionally poor network speed make it impossible to work in the evenings. an I'm now forced to get up at 3 am every morning to get anything done.

It is unfortunate, to say the least, that I now have to live my life around the peak times in the evening. I cant even watch a movie on Netflix.

They promise decent network speed with no throttling and once you get a contract you are left with only frustration. Please use another network and don't fall into this trap like I did.
