Don't waste your time with RAIN

Internet not working since the 7st of February . No help from rain despite phone calls every day to their *********** call center to staff who can hardly speak english ! I have called the company more than 14 times now - a complete waste of time No technician arrives and only failed undertakings , Company can best be described as a shambles. On efficient part of RAIN is their invoicing department!
