Don’t waste your time or money!

Please do not support Rain and save your money!!!If I can give a 0 on service I would but unfortunately I can’t. If is more than ridiculous… phone Customerservice and been holding on for longer than 10 minutes play same tune but no answer just eating airtime! If we have load shedding all good and well but my complain are after the electricity is back on it takes more than 6 hours for Rain to provide any wifi! And if the wifi is on longer than a couple of hours you mist reset it otherwise you will sit with no wifi…most of the people don’t realise it! After reset…plug out etc. While the price is going to increase and there is no service… Why should we waste our money!!! The management and the company must really do something about the service it is more than a ****!!! Paying for a service with no service so if I can advise people just go with another internet provider!!! Rain always have excuses eg. Technicians… towers down… don’t answer phones etc. Fix the company and stop doing false advertising!!!!
