DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SERVICE PROVIDER
THEY DONT DERSERV A ONE STAR!!! WE HAVE BEEN BATTLING FOR NEARLY 4 WEEKS TO RECEIVE A REFUND BACK INTO OUR ACCOUNT AS THERE DEVICE DID NOT WORK AT OUR RESIDENCE. THEY ARE MAKING ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES THAT THE DEVICE HAS NOT BEEN PUT BACK INTO STOCK HENCE WHY THE DELAY ON OUR REFUND.....HELLO IS THAT REALLY OUR PROBLEM??? WE PAID, WE RETURNED, ALL GOOD BUT WHERE IS OUR REFUND??? THE SERVICE IS SHOCKING, THEY PROMISE TO CALL YOU BACK AND NEVER DO. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY 3RD DAY TO FOLLOW UP AND NOTHING. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE SERVICE IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING.

We received an email saying our issue has been resolved and attempted to call to find out but were yet again received with rudeness. Our issue has not been resolved and according to the customer "no service "operator the issue is still open and pending. OMG.....4 weeks later!!!! So basically you are quick to take our money with a "wait" policy on refund.
