Don't waste your energy & money

I purchased a sim and the R479 package online on the 24th of March. On the 25th of March, I tried to cancel my order as I received a rain sim in a magazine and then bought an additional R479 package, totalling R958 within 24 hours. I have tried repeatedly since then i.e. 21 days, to cancel this sim and get a refund. The courier company still tried to deliver the sim card 2 weeks later. This service is absolutely pathetic!! No one has acknowledged my emails, online chat requests or Twitter DMS to date.

I will now be laying a complaint with the National Consumer Commission because this is basically theft and poor business practice.
