DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH RAIN

So upset with Rain I have 3 contracts with them. They don't phone back I have logged so many calls. I finally logged a calling saying I want to upgrade I got a call back very quickly. I told the lady I actually don't want an upgrade I need to find out why I don't have coverage now for 3 days and she puts the phone in my ear. Seriously going to start looking else where. This is disgusting service that we pay for. They act like they doing us a favor. Now I must pay for these 3 days I had no coverage. Very disappointing Rain.
