Don`t waste time with this Internet service provider

I have been months with such poor bandwith and the response has not made any difference even when I tried to contact them they haven`t even responded for over a week. My speeds are at 30KBPS I mean we are in 2020 and that`s what I am getting. The response and support is shocking.
