DON’T USE THIS SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF!!!

I signed up for a Rain account in 2020 on a month -on-month contract. After a few months and numerous complaints to their technical support team I decided to cancel. They have now sent me to collections (nu debt) after years of not using the service. I paid and told them to remove me from their ****ed up system. Today, I get yet another invoice to make payment of a service I don’t use.

You call their call centre and you get an automation reply.
