Don't use this service.

Time and time again they disappoint me. A year ago I got Rain thinking they would be as good ad they were when we had 4g before moving to mtn. So I had high hopes... they were squashed quickly. I bought a ups for when loadshedding happens. In the first month or two everything was fine. We'd be loadshedded but have network because the router is always on. But then all of a sudden that stopped. I was told the electricity outage affects the towers but how is this a recent thing?? What was happening in those two months??? These guys are happy to take R1000 a month for internet that never works because guess what??? Even when there is electricity, we have no connection. It's Then been two days since the wifi stopped working and these guys don't even have the decency to notify me as a customer that "the tower close to me is down and technicians are working on it" I had to ask them!! Like I don't pay to have network. I work from home so they are not only affecting my life but my livelihood. Pathetic!!!
