Don't use them
Truly horrible customer service. Rather avoid them as you'd have a hard time actually getting g you're internet up running they don't reply to queries or service cards at all

20 Nov 2023, 20:21Did the requested speed test the result of which was ping of 40 ms jitter of 249 ms download of 1.8 mbps and upload of 0.0 mbps .... Where the test was unsuccessful twice. Be weary as they did reply to service request for 3 days but odly enough the morning after the verry public hellopetter review they jumped on it like flies to a.....
