DONT USE RAIN WORST SERVICE EVER

I can't even say the amount of issues I have had first rain router overheated a claim was logged to exchange it weeks after the claim was logged the same dam router arrived and guess what overheating issues again after multiple occasions and support tickets still no issues resolved so i decided to rather ask for an upgrade to a new router guess what sales are excellent boom bam got the new router promised over 100mb/s and to my surprise false advertising don't get more that 50mb/s now I have to cancel my other package and o hell this is where it began to majorly irritate me 30 plus support tickets 45+ calls in 4 days no resolve I have to keep a number on one of their wonderful ideas the extra sims and move that number onto one of the new sims they provided because if I cancel my old package which is useless with the overheating router I lose my number I had for 10+ years and all my clients have this number. So yeah, I'm losing my number plus I'm cancelling all my subscriptions with rain if you are looking for a service provider DONT USE RAIN you will be disappointed eventually. Its works great when it does when it does not you will have issues and money through in a pit with absolutely no support from them.
