Don't use RAIN SA

Worst internet service provider ever. My wife and I are still struggling to register a sim card from Rain SA after paying R479. I am deeply sorry for all other customers who are in the same situation as us. I don't know how we are going to get a refund as we were just paying R479 for hope that we'll have internet. The saddest part is that we've sent numerous emails, Facebook messages and reviews on hellopeter.com but still no response.
