Don't Use Rain! Non-existent Internet Speeds On A 100mb Package & NO SERVICE!

After trying for 2 months via call centres, call me backs, emails and social media contacts, rain have finally sent a technician to my premises. I have been told all the excuses that you might be fami**** with that rain always had.

I run an online marketing company, and require high speed internet. In the last 2 and a half weeks, I lost a big client as during a presentation, I was delayed on a teams meeting and my screen was blurry. In the last 3 weeks, I have not got an upload speed of more than 2mbs (I have a 100mb line) - and my download hovers around 27mbs. This is complete nonsense. The only reason I am not on fibre, is because in my area there is one ISP for fibre, and they have weekly issues, and I cannot afford down time. I am always online, and the fact that it takes me 3 hours to upload a 500mb file is an absolute joke.

I am moving to LTE.

Rain's response time and excuses is an absolute joke. And the cost for a "dial up connection" is an utter waste. Rather spend a bit more per month for good service and a stable and fast connection.
