Don’t use Rain no customer service

Why is is so difficult to get proper customer service in South Africa. I am sick and tired of complaining but it goes through deaf ears of the lazy South Africans Who work at Rain. All everyone does is complain about Rain but your flyby night company doesn’t have the decency to call me back and sort my issues out. I regret cancelling my MWEB, they were useless but atleast I got a response and not someone saying they will call me just so they can close the hello Peter case. GIVE ME A CALL RAIN. ASAP
