Dont use rain. It will be your biggest mistake

This is the third review im leaving. We call multiple times. They drop the call. Our debit order went off 15 July and it is still not reflecting on our account. They say we still owe them. Then they keep trying to take more money from my account everyday. We have cancelled it but they still charge us. I refuse to pay another cent to this useless company that can't sort out a simple billing issue.we have sent the proof of payment multiple times and still nothing. They said they found the payment but that's where that conversation ends. Don't use rain it will just lead to frustration.
