Don't use Rain Internet provider

I have signed up to Rain G5 Internet. My address is shown as G5 reception area, the speeds I get are however absolutely beyond description. Whereas I get answers from the service staff and that my complaint is being accelerated, NOTHING is changing. Rain advertises with 500 Mbps I am getting between 40 and 90. This is not even a bad joke. Why should I be paying for something which I am not getting? Whereas Itumeleng of Rain is trying his utmost to be of help, it seems he is fighting a loosing battle. Don't use this product.
